Welcome to our Nursery
Admissions for September 2022
Children will be admitted to the Nursery Class for their 'Nursery Year' in the September following their third birthday. Many children begin their school journey in this way and the impact an early start has can be very positive both academically and socially. You can contact the school office to register your child's details with us in advance and we will then contact you when it is time for applications to be made. Please contact Mrs Sarah Riley in the school office by email or telephone to register your child.
Due to the current pandemic, we are unable to accommodate visits to the school. Once the situation changes we look forward to reintroducing visits.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS FOR SEPTEMBER 2022 IS PROVIDED BELOW.
We look forward to hearing from you.

As a school we are trying to manage the unprecedented situation surrounding COVID-19 to the best of our ability but at this point in time we are not clear as to what we will be able to offer by way of an induction programme for our new Nursery intake. The situation is under constant review and we will keep you updated. We will do our utmost to ensure that your child’s transition to Nursery is as smooth as possible whatever the circumstance.
Our normal induction programme consists of an Information Evening for Parents in mid-June from 6.15 – 7.00 pm giving staff an opportunity to provide you with an overview of our Nursery provision and a chance for you to meet other parents. We then invite you to three Stay and Play sessions on consecutive weeks in mid-June/early July from 2.00 – 3.00 pm.
In addition to the above, we like to arrange for Nursery staff to visit children at home or at their current Nursery setting. Again, due to the current situation, the possibility of visits will be reviewed at the appropriate time.
