“Let your light shine”

A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before people, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

At Baldwins Gate Primary School, our vision is that every child will flourish and let their unique light shine brightly; this is at the core of everything we do. Inspired by the Christian message of 'let your light shine before others,' we encourage each child to discover their God-given talents and use them to do good in the world.

From the moment they join us, children are welcomed into a warm and nurturing school family. We believe that by developing self-worth, empathy, and a capacity for service, they can become confident, compassionate, and responsible individuals. We want every child to thrive and reach their full potential, glorifying God through their words and actions.
